We are glad to share our collaboration with Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) to hold a series of training sessions, meetups, and seminars under the Initiative for the support of Family Businesses to ensure their continuity and growth.

We held our first seminar on Tuesday 6/2/2024 at the EJB premises. The Seminar was Moderated by Dr. Marian Kaldas - Executive Director at ECAS and the Distinguished Speakers Dr. Hakim Meshreki - Managing Partner and Commercial Director at Menatec and Dr Ashraf Sheta - CEO of Ashraf Sheta for Consultancy and Training.

Dr. Marian was also presented an award in recognition of her continuous effort and dedication and her outstanding contributions in advancing the governance practices within family businesses by EJB CEO Mr. Bassam Elshanwany.

Moreover, ECAS will be launching soon Corporate governance initiative in family businesses which will feature a range of distinguished speakers and experts who will share their expertise and insights to empower family businesses and enhance their corporate governance practices. This initiative aims to support and develop the governance practices of family businesses in Egypt, recognizing the significant role they play in the country's economy.
