Counselor Dr. Marian Kaldas has held several significant positions within the Administrative Prosecution and the Ministry of Justice. Notably, she served as a member of the Technical Office of the General Administration of Arbitration and International Disputes. Dr. Kaldas is also a registered arbitrator on the Ministry of Justice's list and has served as a member of the Legislative Committee of the National Council for Women.
Dr. Marian Kaldas holds a Ph.D. with a general distinction with honors from the University of Montreal, Canada, and a master's degree in law from Indiana University. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cairo University, Faculty of Law, and also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo.
As per the Center's statute, the Executive Director is entrusted with managing and administering the Center's procedural, financial, and administrative affairs. Furthermore, the Executive Director oversees the Center's workflow and represents it before the judiciary and other parties.
