Counselor Dr. Marian Kaldas held several important positions in the Administrative Prosecution and the Ministry of Justice. It is worth noting that she held the position of a member of the Technical Office of the General Administration of Arbitration and International Disputes. She is also registered in the list of arbitrators at the Ministry of Justice and held the position of a member of the Legislative Committee of the National Council for Women.
Dr. Marian Kaldas holds a Ph.D. from the University of Montreal, Canada, with honors, and a master's degree in law from Indiana University. The doctor graduated from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, and also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo.
The Center's statute entrusted the Executive Director with the management and administration of the Center's procedural, financial and administrative affairs, supervising its workflow, and representing the Center before the judiciary and third parties
