Arbitration and dispute resolution, including mediation, represent a major and reliable path to resolving disputes. The Center is working with concerted efforts through an ambitious plan to settle disputes in the non-banking financial sector in accordance with the provisions of arbitration and mediation to achieve complete justice at the best costs.

Since the center is non-profit, the administrative fees are determined in accordance with Appendix No. (1), as well as the arbitrators’ fees in accordance with Appendix No. (2) and (3) of the bylaws.
