Arbitration and other dispute resolution methods, including mediation, provide a reliable and effective means of resolving disputes. The Center is actively implementing an ambitious strategy to settle disputes in the non-banking financial sector, in accordance with arbitration and mediation regulations, to ensure fair, efficient, and cost-effective justice.

As a non-profit institution, the Center determines its administrative fees in line with Appendix No. (1) of the bylaws, while arbitrators’ fees are governed by Appendices No. (2) and (3).
