As part of the Center’s commitment to streamlining application procedures, the Egyptian Center for Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes (ECAS) provides the following general instructions to assist applicants in completing their registration for inclusion on the roster of arbitrators or mediators.

Application Guidelines: 

To complete and submit your registration, please follow the steps below:

1. Review the Regulatory Framework:
   Familiarize yourself with the provisions outlined in Board of Trustees Decree No. 1 of 2021 to ensure full compliance.

2. Read and Sign the Undertaking:
   Carefully review and sign the applicant’s undertaking included in the application package.

3. Complete the Application Form:
   Fill in all required fields of the registration data form accurately and completely.

4. Attach a Detailed CV:
   Submit an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) outlining your professional background, qualifications, and relevant experience.

5. Provide Supporting Documents:
   Include all supporting documents that demonstrate compliance with the registration requirements (e.g., academic degrees, professional certificates, letters of reference, etc.).

6. Submission Method:
   Submit the completed registration form via email to:
   ecas@ecas.org.eg

   The form should be attached as a Word or PDF file.

Application Fee & Payment Instructions:

• A non-refundable application processing fee is required.

• Upon approval of registration, a registration fee of EGP 5,000 is payable for each financial activity section.

Payment Options:

• Payment may be made via bank transfer or cash deposit into the Financial Regulatory Authority’s account at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).
