The Egyptian Center for Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes (ECAS) is a non-profit institution established by Presidential Decree No. 335 of 2019. The Center is dedicated to facilitating the resolution of disputes within the non-banking financial sector through arbitration, mediation, and conciliation.
ECAS plays a vital role in delivering prompt and effective justice, ensuring the protection of beneficiaries' rights, and supporting the stability, sustainability, and growth of Egypt’s non-banking financial markets.
