The Egyptian center for arbitration is a non-profit arbitration center that was established based on the presidential decree no. 335 of 2019. It has its own independent legal personality. Its main role is to facilitate settlement of non-banking financial disputes by means of Arbitration, mediation and conciliation. In addition, it aims to provide prompt justice to ensure the protection of the beneficiaries’ rights, as well as to maintain the stability and sustainability of the non-banking financial markets.
The Framework of the center:
The center is specialized in arbitration and settlement of disputes that arise due to the application of the provisions of the laws related to non-banking financial operations, especially those that arise between partners, shareholders, or members of companies and entities working in the field of non-banking financial markets.
