The Board consists of seven members and is responsible for setting the Center’s general policies, approving its strategic plans, and overseeing and evaluating the Center’s performance in carrying out its functions. The Board is also authorized to take any decisions necessary to achieve the Center’s objectives and ensure the regularity and efficiency of its operations.
