Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly issued the statute of the Egyptian Center for  Arbitration and Settlement of Non-Banking Financial Disputes by Resolution No. (2597 of 2020) which Determine the rules governing the work flow of the  Center.

The statute of the Center is the set of rules  that regulates  the process of  arbitration, mediation and other  dispute resolution methods.Accordingly, the rules of the statute is  the rules governing and applying for procedural matters of arbitration, mediation and all methods of dispute resolution.
