The Center provides training programs in the field of non-banking financial dispute settlement in both arbitration and mediation, based on its role referred to in Article No. 5 of its statute, by holding conferences, seminars, training courses and workshops to prepare arbitrators, mediators and cadres to contribute to spreading culture and awareness regarding the importance of arbitration and means of consensual settlement of disputes, especially in the field of non-banking financial activities.
1- The Egyptian Center for Voluntary Arbitration and Non-Banking Financial Dispute Settlement will be holding the training program “Factoring Processes and the Role of Arbitration in Settlement of Disputes Arising from them” during the following days, Monday 06/3/2024, Wednesday 06/5/2024, and Monday 06/10 /2024 at 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Building No. 137 of the Financial Regulatory Authority - Smart Village. A selected group of senior specialists in the field of arbitration, regionally and internationally, will participate in giving lectures.
