As part of our commitment at ECAS to spread awareness and knowledge on the different ways that Arbitration can help with the rise of the Non-Banking financial sectors, we had the pleasure of cooperating once again with the الاتحاد المصري للتمويل الاستهلاكي Egyptian Federation for Consumer Finance to hold a workshop, on Wednesday 15/02/2023, titled: "Drafting the Arbitration Clause" The workshop was led by Dr. Amr Abbas - Partner & Head of Arbitration – Matouk Bassiouny
