During a lecture led by Dr. Marian Kaldas – Executive Director and the ECAS team, as part of the centers' participation in an awareness and training program on M&A transactions and Arbitration in the settlement of disputes resulting from such transactions, held at Ain Shams University in Cairo as part of the cooperation between ECAS and Ain Shams University.
